I had a pleasant experience here, everything was really good, the location was perfect near the main village as well as the centre. The room exceeded all expectations, immaculate with a comfortable bed. Plenty of facilities like: central heating, an iron and a work desk. Very good service, though a few employees were abrupt.

Everything is very good, I loved my time here. When I am in Grasmere, I like staying here.

Simply wonderful location and generous breakfast, good sized beds. Staff were happy to help and made sure that I had thoroughly enjoyable stay. Room was air-conditioned and beautifully maintained, could see cathedral from the window.

Exceptional rooms and food, it was immaculately clean here. I truly enjoyed a standard decor and antique furniture. Eggs, bacon and potato were a nice touch. Work out hotel in a perfect area of Grasmere.

Our room was brilliant, beds comfy and a peaceful location. It was nice having climate control, coffee and slippers. Worth every penny views and charming garden.

The bathroom was old.

The food was freshly made and the staff was lovely. We liked the convenience of the classic king room, as well as air conditioner, an individual safe and an iron etc.

Wonderful location, very good breakfast with lots of food. Marvellous views where a bonus! Hotel's manager helped us a lot! 20 min walk to the heart of Grasmere. Totally recommend this accommodation.

Personnel was loyal as expected. You can also visit Dove Bistro that offers excellent meals. Dove cottage was only 1 km from the accommodation. Good sized rooms;))
